We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Gatsby Jewellery purchase comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, natural wear and tear, or loss.
