At Gatsby Jewellery, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase; if it is not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our gemologists inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
