The glowingly bright red ruby - certified as natural, unheated and originating from Burma (Myanmar) - is claw set in yellow gold and sits at the heart of an elegant navette shaped cluster set with 16 old mine cut diamonds. Sits nice and snug to the finger on a slim, 18k yellow gold wire shank.
